This milk bath combines milk, epsom salts and relaxing lavender essential oils to create a calming bath that anyone is sure to enjoy. The milk makes your skin feel baby skin smooth, the epsom salts help tired and aching muscles and the lavender scent helps one to relax so that they can sleep peacefully at night.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Add 2 cups of the milk bath to a tub full of warm water. Do not add to cold water or the ingredients will not dissolve well.
1 Cup Powdered Milk
1 Cup Epsom Salt
1 Tablespoon Lavender EO
